RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from niceonme.com, operated by Nice On Me Ltd (Company Number: 16881327), registered in England and Wales.
RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 28 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Underwear
• Jewellery
• Beauty products
unless faulty.
RETURN PROCESS

• Your order number
• Your full name
• The item(s) you wish to return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note:
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
• Your bank may take additional time to process the refund
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a full refund including delivery costs where applicable.
CANCELLATIONS
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
